One word: Ouch.
I had the Justissimo in XL. It didn't fit me well, and it hurt after 30
minutes or so. I have the oblong head type (no comments!). My Shoei fit
well as does my current Scorpion, both in XL. The flip-up was noisy as
well.
I used the helmet reviews on webbikeworld.com to look for manufactures that
make helmets for my head shape.
