Yeah ya' are Nate, we all know you're just a nit-picky kinda guy! ;^{D
(not!) But no, I don't think what's happening in MotoGP is anything close
to what's happening is NAS(AMA)BIKE. MotoGP has alot of talented riders
each of which is capable of winning. Vale's an unbelievable talent
though...

I agree that this year has been more exciting than ever but I don't feel
like everyone was just chasing Vale. I've been watching past races again
as I clear them from the DVR and had forgotten some of the rides by Marco
and Kenny...I had also forgotten some of the past bonehead stuffing Dani
did as in Donnington, and what a great race the German GP was...
I'm torn though, I'd like to see Vale equal or best Ago's record (7?) but
then we're talking wholly different hardware, track obstacles, etc. Not
to mention Vale's ability to change to different (lesser?) hardware and
keep after it. Don't get me wrong tho, I'm rooting for The Kid...
Point is, it's a shame what's happened to AMA Pro Racing this last couple
of years, what with the rule changes of 2 years ago that sliced the
factory field from what, 16-18 to 6? And no to 5 this year? Sheesh. And
the classes couldn't be more screwy, making the Daytona a 600cc race, yada
yada yada. What's next, following this year's "shootout" (crapout) maybe
they'll adopt restrictor plates huh?
