So I think I've been bitten by what I'll label from the archives as the
"crankcase breather valve" problem.
Does anyone have the part number for the machined crankcase breather
valve?
I assume you're talking about the seal. Up to and including engine 83309
uses part # T3550096. 83310 and up uses part # T3600059. The crank cover
gasket is T1261036.
Okay, I got a look at my engine number and it is G00FMY102202 So does
that mean that it is "102202" meaning it is greater than 83310, or is it:
02202 or 2202 so therefore < 83309.
I'm guessing 102202 since 2202 seems far too low. But I'm a computer
science guy and we like to count putting 0's in front to pad our numbers
to the correct number of digits. :-)
