Hello all,
I've just bought a second hand Triumph ST this weekend. Its a year 2000 =
bike machine and is a bit battered but will suit me fine. I didn't get =
a manual with the bike so I have one question I hope you may be able to =
help me with.
I've done around 500 miles this weekend and I'm a bit concerned with the =
temp guage. Once warm it registers just above the first notch on the =
guage - i.e. its warm but not very. Should it register more than this =
on average motorway cruising??
Also is the white bottle on the left hand side, near the seat lock, the =
expansion bottle for the coolant? - as its a bit low. I was surprised =
when after stopping from a long ride even though the temp was low on the =
guage, the fan turned on once the ignition was switched off.
Any help much appreciated!!
Thanks,
Andrew
