I have a friend in Kansas City who has a 2002 BMW R1150RT that she does not
want to keep. It was her husbands, but he passed suddenly a few months
back. She's wondering if there would be any interest in this bike if she
priced around $10,500. It's grey, with 30k miles on it. Dealer maintained.
Not abused. He rode, but he didn't abuse machinery.
Alternativly she might be able to trade in the BMW for something else at a
local dealer. But she would then have to get rid of her '98(I think) 1200
Trophy, with 66k miles on it. She'd want to get somewhere around $4500 for
it.
Any opinions? Anyone interested in these? She knows all about IBMWR, so
there's always that.
If you are intersted I can get more details on the bike of your choice.
Accessories, and such.
