I thought this way, too, 'till I learned better. On the bike you don't get
the effect, even with the TBR can (which I have). You need to be away from
the bike to get the cool sound. A couple of months ago I went to a track day
with a friend of mine for work and while there his front brake lever crapped
out, so I let him ride my ST durring his sessions (different group than I
was). Lemme tell ya, nothing else sounds like a trpple at full song. Kinda
reminds me of a WWII fighter plane.
