I've been using a DID ZV (not ZVM) for the past 18K miles. I'm ready to
adjust it this weekend for the first time in 17.5K miles. (I have a
little over 32K miles on my 2000 ST.)
I didn't bother to replace the stock sprockets when I put the new chain
on, and my sprockets still look in pretty good shape.
(Well, to be accurate, I replaced the front sprocket shortly after I
replaced the chain since I wanted to drop down to a 17-tooth front. The
rear sprocket's still stock, though. I have a new AFAM rear sprocket
waiting to be used.)
