As far as I can tell, the ergo thing comes down to personal
preference, on my ST I logged at least 7 - 900+ mile days and an
additional 10 600-900 mile days on various road trips, and I
never really suffered other than some numb hands.
Brian D. will vouch on how much my stock seat had been
personalized :-)
Anyway, other than a couple of electrical accesories and the
carbon fiber performance can, the bike remained stock.
