Yo, Don,
That sounds about right. I dyno'd my original '00 ST with the Triumph sport
can, K&N filter and sport tune and got a 98, corrected.
The drop in one tooth is significant in the lower RPM's. Power wheelie's at
will in 1st and with a little effort in 2nd as well.
Amazingly, at "tour" speeds, I did not suffer any real penalty in gas
mileage, with the 18T, and ~very~ spirited riding in the Texas Hill Country,
I still got 200 miles to a tank B4 needing fill up.

I'm thinking about dropping a tooth in the front sprocket. It's only about a
5% change and figure it will wake it up a bit in low to midrange without
hurting the gas mileage or the top. Anyone go from the 19 to the 18 on a '02
ST?
Also had it on the dyno yesterday. It pulled 105 corrected. That's about
norm I think. It was funny that a guy was there with a new H/D and dynoed
too. Made a lot of noise for 72. He wasn't very happy.
Don
