Steven,
You're correct about the O2 sensor. Can't adjust the idle
CO. My problem was quite severe. The bike stalled several
times while I was riding it. A couple of times while I was
in traffic. It's pretty hard trying to control the bike,
watch cars around you, turn the key on and off and restart.
The surging was a problem too. As the problem got worse,
it would surge at 50 mph.
