The RS is 18 pounds lighter than the ST, if I remember right, so you
can probably say ~660 pounds total riding weight. Figure what you'll actually
carry. If you have a tankbag and typically keep 10 pounds of stuff in it, take
that into account, too. Weigh yourself in riding gear. For what it's worth,
though, I wouldn't go stiffer than 1.00 Kg/mm, 'cause then the rear shock
wouldn't make a good match for it. I don't think RaceTech makes springs stiffer
than that, anyway. Of course, there's a nice Ohlins rear shock...
