RE: Alarm
Hi,
The Triumph Datatool Veto alarm costs me about £320 fitted. Here in the UK
it is
approved by the the Insurance companies. To benefit from being an Approved
Alarm
it has to be fitted by a dealer. I have looked through some Mailorder
catalogues and the
alarm cannot be purchased separately. It includes fitting.
Cheers Mark

Subject: Alarm
I checked the archive about alarms, but couldn't find specific answers to my
questions. So, I thought I would post a question.
I am interested in the Triumph alarm.
How much?
How long to install? Anyone willing to give me a quick run through? I'm
not willing to cut, rewire, etc.
Mind you, I'm usually not parking long term, so I'm not looking for the most
theft-preventative system. Just a noisy one should someone decided to mess
with it.
How is arming of the system verified?
Thanks to everyone. I really appreciate the help I've received.
BTW, I love my ST. The S.O. says that I spend more time riding and cleaning
it than with her.
