Actually from what I understand it is a true story. Seems that there was a
shipping problem with a few containers of spare parts and it caused a delay
which it turn has caused many problems where customer's bikes have been
laid up waiting on pieces.....
I think they (Triumph North America) have the same feeling that you do -
that it is not acceptable.......
