Nope. I thought so, too, 'til a MSF instructor pointed it out. She
oughta know, I figure, 'cause she's been with TMRA (Texas Motorcycle Roadriders
Assoc) since the early '70's. Another minor, but interesting, legal point in
Texas: no lane can be closed to motorcycles unless it's closed to all traffic.
That's how the HOV (High Occuppancy Vehicle) lanes remain open to motorcycles,
even one-up.
