Unfortunately my ST has a dead battery right now.
Seat looks nice on there, though. AS it sits. In
my garage:-( Previously I had the seat cowl on
it. So now I need to dig out one of my two
passenger grab rails and re-mount b/c there are
those holes or spots for them & it looks like
something is missing without the rail. What I
really need to get is the beefier one you can
mount a top box to. Fat chance finding one used, though.
I have not been in a rush to get a new battery
for the ST b/c I've been riding my gixxer750.
Just put some Heli bars on it and I"m here to
tell you the slight change in bar position those
things afford makes all the difference in the
world. Now it has what feels to me like the
perfect riding position. Whereas with the
stockers after 300 miles of twistsies my wrists
would be screaming now I think I could ride all
day in comfort. What a sweet motor. 40 degrees
this morning on the way to work, getting up to mid 60's. NICE!
I had not planned on going to Daytona this year
BUT I just got an email from a buddy with extra
space so now I'm rethinking it. I haven't been
since '04! Probably won't go since my MotoGP
Laguna tix just hit my credit card;-(
