[ST] headset to earphone mods?

Hey all,

Has anyone out there interfaced in-ear earphones, like Koss Sparkplugs or Shure 
Etymotics, into a Motocomm helmet headset setup?  Getting the pin-out together 
to diagram the connections should be relatively easy, but coming up with an 
idea of how to add a 1/8" stereo jack to plug the earphones into is a bit 
tougher.
