Re: [ST] Anyone doubt their Sargent Seat purchase?

Again, thanks for all the input folks. I put about 400+ mi on the Sargent this weekend. I think that it is "conforming" to my build (even w/o the Big Macs, thanks Kevin!) There is no doubt that it puts you into a different position relative to the stock seat. But the ability to move around and find some relief from pressure points is pretty nice.

At the Superbike races at VIR I did receive a lot of compliments regarding the seat.

So, I am still in the "testing" phase but I am thinking that I am starting to like it.

Todd,

I reckon this is one of those things that falls squarely under the heading
of
personal choice.

Every stock motorcycle seat I have ever sat on is totally c*** for me. I
had
a Sargent World Sport on my 99 ST and loved it. I know people that are
totally
happy with the stock seat or find that a sheep skin cover works for them.

Horses for course mate. If the stocker is good for you stick with it.

Cheers,
Brett.
