Re: [ST] Service Managers....



Not only following "company line" but finding quality mechanics.  There are alot of stupid people out there who should not be certified as (mechanic, technician, electronics tech, assembler, etc.)
 
Bottom line is, it's hard to find good help in any field these days :-(

I'll second that, as a good friend of mine who's one will attest.  It's
gotta be tough trying to help the customer while following the company
line...yuck.
