[ST] Service Managers....

Chris,

It is a stressful job. The SM postion at my local
dealer has changed hands 3-4 times in as many years,
and is now held by a personal friend. His diligence
and influence is very well noticed, as the service
department currently runs smoother then it ever has,
but I dont know how long he can last....
