I absolutely agree, and have both an Arai RX-7RR and a Scorpion EXO-700. 
I guess I'm lucky, the Scorpion is every bit as comfortable as the Arai, 
has the same cool-max wicking liners and is quieter.  I do miss the Arai's 
brow vents and feel that the Arai vents somewhat better.  But as compared 
to the Scorpion that seems every bit as well built, the Arai is 
overpriced.
