Jeff the speedo runs off the front wheel so the only way you could to
throw it off is with a very different tire. How off is your speedo? They
are all optimistic.
17/43 is 2.53 which is close to the 2.5 that 18/45 is.
There is a theory that 17/43 will wear more evenly than 18/45.
How do you like the 17/43 combo? Do you do much highway riding?
