[ST] for Peckham - ST bars & risers on RS

  Many RS owners have gone to ST bars with GenMars.  I've had mine on
for 4 years now.  You may want to go to a longer cable, like a Trophy
or Tiger;... the RS cable with it's high friction horseshoe bend
sucks anyway.  You'll also want to pry the ends of the fairing out an
eigth-of-an-inch or so for clearance, the screen is flexible;... do
both sides or it'll look funny.
