       Welcome to La-La Land!... motorcycling (or skiing) Frostbacks
are always welcome to visit - or emigrate to - our little corner of
California.

       LA is basically a basin surrounded on three sides by mountains
and on the fourth by the Pacific.  The basin - approx. 50 miles long
and the same wide - is filled with dozens of individual cities packed
together so closely the only things between them are the
'Entering'-'Leaving' signs.  Nearly 15 million persons live in the
area.  Many thousands of people live on streets where their neighbors
across the street live in a different city!  There are hundreds of
motorcycle shops - dealers and parts & accessories.  Given all this,
it's important to know what part of LA Land you'll be visiting before
we local denizons can offer meaningful suggestions.  =8o)
