So what kinda chain are we runnin here? Chen-Shing ??? 300-500 miles???
Shit, I do that mileage before Lunch! And I sure as hell don't do any
"chain maintenance" after my burrito. And what are we talking in terms of
maintenance anyway? Squirt a little lube on there? Man, what a chore.
Tell ya what, a little secret here. Put the bike on the center stand, wrap
a bungee around the clutch lever, start the bike, and drop her into first.
The rear wheel will spin, just ever so slightly and you can apply the lube
while still sipping on a nice frosty brew. Repeat daily on the road at the
end of each day. That is, of course if you ride 700-1000 miles a day.
Otherwise every other day :)

Freakin shafties are for pussies. Like someone else said, when Miguel, (or
Rossi) ride one of those things, AND WIN, then I might be convinced. I've
ridden a lot of shafties over the years and all I can say is..........well,
driving my daughter's Miata was a lot like that.

Motorcycles have CHAINS, cars have shafts. Come on people, REAL sporting
motorcycles require a little commitment and a bit of effort. If your aren't
up to that, I've got a cute little Miata for ya :)

I never cease to be amazed by the "zero effort, complete fulfillment"
culture we have morphed into.

Work-it!!!!!

happy trails,
