I'm highly embarrassed to see that my message came through as HTML
again, even though I thought I'd set Outlook to always use plain text
for the ST list. I'll give this one more try, as it's a safety-related
message for George K.

Excuse all that HTML crap in my previous message. I thought I'd set
this thing to send plain text, but it lost the setting...try again:

Hmmm. Maybe EPA - or maybe it's so that if you drop the bike in a
crash, it doesn't spill fuel from the tank and burst into flames?
Imagine what would happen if you were under the bike after a crash,
being covered in fuel! Sounds like you should fit a working check valve
as well as a new tank!
