RE: [ST] garage stands/Paddock Stands for Sprint RS

Here's a site that has spools and some pictures.  All the spool looks like is a screw-in type.  I'm no expert, but why couldn't we jus drill and tap a hole to screw in the spool?  Our swing arm can't be much different from any other swing arm, is it?
