No one that I know of,... Steve Storz made them for the '95-'98
Triumphs but needs a bunch of orders before he'll make them for the
ST/RS. His bar mount catalog page

doesn't even list the Triumphs anymore.
Many riders find the excess droop of the stock bars more
uncomfortable than the low positioning.
