Re: [ST] suspension setup



Eric start with the basics.. Check front and rear pre-load best way 
is with a measuring tape! You want to aim for about 35mm sag in back 
and about 37mm in front. There are numerous sites on the web that 
will give you exact instructions on how to do this (if you can't 
find any ping me and I'll explain in more detail) also check the 
rebound setting on the rear shock, and check steering head bearing. 
Although it does sound as if the preload is off in fact I'd say that 
the bike with just you on is nose low, that would cause the bike to 
feel too quick and darty.. Also make sure that you have the right 
tire pressures 36 front/ 42 rear..
