[ST] New Tyres

Hello All:
	When you install new rubber, take the time to remove the mould release agent that is left on the tyres. I take a piece of 120 grit sandpaper and rough up the surface of the tyre before I ride. I don't try to remove all of the mould release, but to remove the smooth surface and shine on the tyre. Makes a BIG difference.
