Likewise, I took a trip today, paying attention to f/r braking. I use both
brakes, too, but with significant emphasis on the front. With the recent
snow, we still had gravel on the back roads--turns and some stops. When I
went to front brake only when coming to a stop, I got a little front wheel
skid and noticed more nose dive. So I went back to my usual f/r braking and
just guess I'll be watching the rear for wear. (Either that, or I should
slow more gently--Not!)
