Throttlemiester
Forget it
reasons: too expensive,no quick release, and I find it difficult to use. but it does look nice.
Vista Cruiser
I'd rate it a buy it - a must for touring.
reasons: will allow you to rest you hand occassionally, locks by friction same as the throttlemeister, which means after locking you can make adjustments, but has a quick release which the throttlemeister doesn't have. It is though much more difficult to mount since you have to modify it and throttle a bit.
