The $200 included theTriumph Mobil full synthetic.  I didn't have my valves
checked at 6000, but at 12000   8 valves were out of spec.  Triumph doesn't seem
to think that checking that valves at 6000 is necessary, though I believe some
list members who checked their valves at 6000 found some out of spec.  My valves
were singing a pretty good song at 12000 miles.  After the service, there was
relative silence.
