Helmet Lock exists

There is a helmet hook on the Sprints, but if I told you I would have to
kill you!

Okay, I'll tell.  Under the seat on the frame of the bike, there is a cross
member (box section of black steel running the width of the bike)  that runs
in front of the parcel box (where your owners manual is stored) the has two
small "posts" hanging down under it, that is where you loop your straps and
then replace and lock the seat.
