I'd be fairly certain it's your sweat. I've never had a problem with any
glove I've owned--and the last pair which I just finally threw out because
the leather was getting so damn thin (but boy were they comfortable!) I wore
for 6 years and 70k miles. My friends all hate me because I never sweat. Not
even after an eight mile run in 80 degree weather; Just never have.
