Hi Marc,

     My cut is that you've had some bad experiences after years of good service.
     Now that Matt knows exactly how you feel why not give him one last chance 
     to do right by you. If he still messes up in the sure knowledge that you're 
     already pissed off then he doesn't deserve your business. If he gets it 
     right you save yourself some extra traveling.

I've been dealing with Matt Capri at South Bay Triumph for about 5 years, 
and been totally happy...until recently, when I've become less so and 
doubtful. And now I need to decide what to do.
