Low speed tipovers

Ok, I've had two of these. One due to a disc lock and one because of a cage.
first time I killed the engine after about 30 seconds of idling on it's
side. It smoked for a day or two. However, It was also missing
irradically. This ended up due mainly to an oil soaked factory aircleaner.
I took this opportunity to replace it with a K&N Filter.

The second time It idled for about 2 mins. I was trapped under the bike
and was more concerned about getting out from under it and cussing out the
cage than I was about turning off the bike. Cylinders got so much oil the
engine Hydrolocked. Dealership drained all the oil out, cleaned the filter
and airbox. There was a bit (very little) of smoke, but I was warned about
it. As they could not get the oil that was in the exhaust pipe. But that
burned off in the first 75 miles.

My understanding is this is a due to a design flaw on how the crankcase
is vented. Which is probably true since this has never been a problem that
my Honda has ever experienced.
