When I was comparing the ST to the VFR before my purchase that was the one
thing I could find that was in the VFR's favor.

Let's see:

More horsepower, more torque, perfect fuel injection, better gas mileage,
hard luggage, heated handgrips, accessory outlet, rarer (at least when I
bought mine), British flag on the tail

vs.

2 trip meters

Talk about your basic no brainer!
