Question about risers

I think I've decided that I want to put risers on my RS 'cause I
have a pesky neck that gets tweaked easily. The only risers I
have experience with are Heli Bars (had them on one of my VFRs).
I've seen TBRs on an Aprilia Falco and in fact, rode the bike with
them and liked them. I like the fact that they are so adjustable.
Not only would I like more height but the ability to slighly angle
the bars back a little. The Triumph bars are a little wider than
I'd like my arms.

So I've heard tales of the TBR clip-ons busting on some people. My
question is how prevalent is this problem. Is it a few people or
a lot of people? Are they 300 pounders that are really riding
aggressively or normal sized people under normal circumstances.
Are there any other bars out there that are as flexible as the TBRs?
I realize I can put Sprint ST bars on it or GenMars, but I
'm under the assumption you only add height with them.

Thanks,

Kathy

P.S. Oh hey.... does anyone in the Seattle area have any of these
bars on their RS??? It would really help to see them installed and
sit on a bike with them.
