It may be that you need your CO adjusted -- there shouldn't be any
stutter unless you're below 1500 RPM.

I have it (with the carbon fibre wrap) and I love it. It's not too loud,
but it has a very nice note to it. It looks great, and the race tune for
the EFI makes a touch more power across most of the RPM range. (Check
out my dyno results in the FAQ.)
