Fork Stress Cracks.. Data Base

Hi all,  wouldn't it maybe be a good idea if we started some type of 
data base on those having this problem? It sure would help with any 
warranty situations/claims down the road if we knew how many on this 
list have this problem. Maybe an area on the web site where one could 
post that they have the problem?? .. just a thought.
