The first one was replaced before they knew there was a widespread problem.
It was replaced with another one of the old faulty design. The second
replacement unit was the new design, and it worked for about 4 tank fulls,
until it started leaking. So since it failed in a different mode, it could
be an installation problem, but in their redesign, they also may have
introduced a new bug while fixing the old one. So I still recommend
everyone keep a close eye on the new ones.
