Oil and Fuel

Hello,
  Just got my new RS home, already up to 200 miles.  3.5k rpm's is not easy
to do!  Another 100 miles and I get to see 6000k. A few questions.

1.  What grade gas to use.  The manual says 95 RON.  Here in Va. the rating
is RON+MON/2.  So what rating equates to 95 RON.  With prices the way they
are I want to use the lowest recommended.

2.  The manual says to use 10w-40 full or semi synthetic.  In the FAQ Mobil
says their Triumph oil is 15w-50.  Is this a mis-print or do I need to find
other oil to use instead.  I have had very good luck with Motul, but their
synthetic oil is only SG rated and Triumph calls for SH.  What to do...
