I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  I don't find the tall screen
ugly.  I've heard one comment that it makes the ST look like a Trophy.  I've
had my ST with the tall screen side-by-side with a Trophy and I can vouch
that they look nothing alike!

I suppose that person could have been exagerating and actually meant that
the Triumph tall screen makes the bike look more like a touring bike than a
sport bike.  I'd agree with that and smile, because that is the impression I
want people to have.  Then that "touring" bike will blow them away to their
surprise and chagrin!  :-)
