I called them today and discussed the issue with Matt. The discussion
got quite heated at some points, but I did extract a promise from him
to refund the $120.00 I paid.

...and South Bay tells me that Triumph was calling all the shots on
this one. That's OK though - I know where the source of the trouble
is, and it ain't in Georgia or Hinckley.

I think I'll let my insurance company deal with that part of it. I'll
be speaking with them on Monday.

They are licensed through BAR, and as soon as the bike comes back I'll
file a report with BAR, with CCs to TofA and South Bay.
