Hi Keith

Ha! I don't call it 'blackmail' though, more 'entrepreneurship'.=20

You won't be at all surprised to hear that I'm a consultant, i.e. I make =
a (good) living selling (other people's) ideas!

Apparently some dealers will charge up to 30 GBP to gullible punters to =
'de-euro' the bike! Money for old rope. In fact 12-odd quid for the two =
black boxes seems a little steep, when I used to do the same sort of job =
on my old C15 with some left-over wire and a bit of sticky black tape. =
Ay, and still 'ave enough change for bus 'ome!

The RS relay sockets are sandwiched between the frame and the right side =
panel, under the seat. It took all of 30 seconds to push them into place =
- - in fact it took longer to get the b****y seat to lock back into place =
properly. The new beams didn't need any adjustment ... and were =
practically burning their way through the back of my garage. Yum.

I'm over 1500 miles now, and loving it.

Barry
