I suggest that you approach ToA for a reimbursement of the $120.
Let them deal with Bubba's re-education process and his 'tude.

One thing I don't understand is why did they charge you for diagnosis
work in the first place?  Wasn't your bike already under warranty?
Seems strange to me.
