I am shocked that I continue to see e-mail on this topic.
Why isn't this taken care of already?

I've seen this kind of attitude primarily in such "service" industries
as Tow Truck Operators.  It seems odd that Triumph, a high
end motorcycle dealer, would want to be associated with such behavior.
It is certainly not good for the Triumph branding.
