Draw a 1000 mile radius around Denver, and you cover a good part of the
United States. Since the point of a rallye is to get together with others,
it seems to make sense to pick a central location. But since the center of
the United States falls squarely in the flatlands of the Mid-West, Colorado
seems a better location.
