I took advantage of the show this weekend, too, and sat on both
the ST and the RS. Since I had not had an opportunity to sit on
the RS (none in the showrooms, yet), this was a golden
opportunity to try both.
The only difference I could see was that the clip-ons on the RS are
about 1/2" - 3/4" lower than those on the ST. Otherwise, I also felt
that there was no real difference between the two.

Yes! It is a beautiful color! I'm not the type to ride a machine
painted that color (I'm not that bold), but I have to say that the
Lucifer Orange (which is really a red-orange, to my eyes) is one of
the prettiest colors I've ever seen. The Triumph web page, which
tries to show the colors, does not do it justice. I chose the Eclise
Blue, which also does not show well on the web page. I was
happy to see that there was a Tiger in Eclipse Blue at the show so
I could get a good look at it; I like it!
